so i'm working on some interactive youtube ad ideas for Frisk Mints.
here's what they've done recently in the form of Japanese TV spots:



i'm not sure how i feel about linking a mint to ideas - though it does go with the tag, "sharpens you up". and maybe if i was fluent in japanese, it would make complete sense.

anyway, i think i'll likely play with the name (no "getting frisky" or anything like that though), and maybe the packaging, too, which is quite original, dispensing just one little mint at time.

i do like this spot from 2007 though.

my earliest recollection of product/brand placement as far as computers go.
no internet then. i probably burned a hole through this floppy disk from playing it so much. never did get very good at surfing though.
